Prayer
Don’t forget to ask for what you want and need. Prayer is so powerful. No matter how small or big. I ask for my car keys to be found, as well as opening more into the peace and love I am. The less I need to use my thinking brain these days, the better :) Non-physical forms do not judge you, they see no seperation whatsoever. You are simply a part of them which needs non-physical support. You might even want to ask to understand these teachings more deeply/clearly. Pray to whoever’s inspired you and that you respect, have had a connection with; God Source, Buddha, Jesus, Ramana, Amma, your teachers, Nature, Angels, Guides etc. Beings dead or alive. Ask for Beings functioning only in the highest divine perfection. End with thanks, Amen, So be it, In full faith, whatever feels right to you. We all have our little ways and rituals and the way we pray and what we ask for changes and evolves over time. I find the more I tune into Stillness and heal, the more powerful my praying becomes. Let go of expectations and release all the hows or whens or ifs. Have total faith in what comes to you in the moment (or not) is perfect and in your best interest from a higher perspective.
Ho’oponopono
From the beautifully feminine and creative land of Hawaii comes this powerful yet simple prayer for healing and forgiveness. I use it everyday and really recommend it for whenever you’re struggling. Tune in a little, imagine the situation or if you’re still in the middle of it simply say it quietly to yourself:
“I’m so sorry. I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you”
Repeat them over and over until you feel complete or a shift occurs.
These words are super potent inner/outer dissolvers/openers. Test them out for yourselves :)
Byron Katie
I mentioned Byron Katie’s “The Work” this week that might be helpful, especially for those finding it difficult to clarify what they are feeling in a situation. You’ll find all the links and info on the ‘Practice So Far’ page here or here is her website for you. You’ll find the DOWNLOAD button in the top right-hand corner. The resource pages I mentioned are the Universal Beliefs. Judge Your Neighbour (JYN for short), the Emotions List and One Belief At A Time. Please get in touch if you need help with this. Lots of great videos and resources on youtube… however, for this practice (Alchemy + Inquiry) we’re just using a few tools instead of going into the whole of BK’s work.
