A little and often is the best way to go. When learning to play any sport, instrument, new language or driving a car, it’s best to practice a little bit, regularly and without too long a break in between. Mornings are often the easiest, before your day gets really started. Let’s not let the mind have an excuse to beat us up though! Just being here and any practice done is perfect.
