Come join us for this beautiful online meditation + poetry workshop, where we will take a quiet moment to check in with our own heart, feelings and being. How is your heart today? After festivities and heading into the new year? What is the heart and how can we connect to it, serve it and work with it to find more support in our lives. Supported and nourished by the heart-opening lyrical medicine of the mystical poets including Rumi and Hafiz, aswell as some more modern poets. Plus a wee moment to check in with your own inner heart guide through poetry.
